2 Whole pork tenderloin, silverskin removed
1 Pound Package sliced bacon
As Needed Honey dijon mustard
As Needed Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips lengthwise. Trim into pieces shorter than the bacon, if necessary.

    • 2 Whole pork tenderloin, silverskin removed

    • 1 Pound Package sliced bacon

    Slather one side of the pork tenderloin with the Dijon honey mustard. Place the tenderloin on a piece of bacon and roll with the bacon on the outside. Secure with skewers.

    Place the skewered twirls directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes. Flip and brush with Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce. Close the lid and cook until the pork is cooked through, bacon is crispy, and sauce begins to caramelize, 8-10 minutes.

    Remove the skewers from the grill and let the twirls cool for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
